Bangtan Boys (Hangul: 방탄 소년단; Korean: Bangtan Sonyeondan; English: Beyond The Scene) or also known as BTS is a boy group from South Korea who take shelter under the agency Big Hit Entertaiment. This group consists of 7 personnel namely, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Rap Monster, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. BTS has a fandom name that is A.R.M.Y stands for Adorable Representative M.C Youth.
BTS debut on June 13, 2013 by releasing the song "No More Dream" from the first single album '2 Cool 4 Cool'. From this first debut BTS won the 'New Artist of the Year' award at the MelOn Music Awards and Golden Disk Awards 2013, and Seoul Music Awards 2014. Then BTS released their first mini album entitled "O! RUL8,2?" On September 11th. The music video for the song "N.O" was released on Youtube one day before the day of the album's release.
On February 12, 2014, her upcoming mini album "Skool Luv Affair" was released with the track leader "Boy in Luv". After the promotion of the song, BTS continued promoting the song "Just One Day", the MV of the song "Just One Day" was just released on April 6th. On August 20th, BTS released MV "Danger" for its comeback from its first full album 'Dark Wild'. They held a concert for 3 days before the mini album's launch from the 27th to the 29th by promoting the andala song "RUN". This WINGS album is perched first in iTunes in more than 26 countries. The album also debuted at position # 26 on the Billboard 200 and became the highest-ranking K-pop album in history, as well as delivering the BTS as the first K-pop singer to put his three albums on the Billboard 200 and the first singer to spend more than a week on the ladder The album. WINGS album has been ordered 500 thousand more before the album was officially launched and experienced 3x increase in pre-order previous album (Tea Most Beautiful in Life Part 2)
On February 13, 2017, BTS comeback with its hit song "Spring Day". The song is still part of their second album titled 'WINGS'. On 22 May 2017, BTS went to LA, USA. They attended the famed Billborad Music Awards (BBMA) 2017 as they entered one of the Top Social Artist award categories, and the only Korean singer who won the award nomination. Thanks to ARMY support, BTS won the award. In September BTS will start its comeback, we wait yaa!
